The AI governance system of record
One workflow for every AI use case.
Rakn runs each AI use case through one workflow: submission, review, approvals, evidence, audit trail. Instead of chasing status across email, Teams, and spreadsheets, you open one record.
A 30-minute walkthrough with your own use cases, not a slide deck. We usually reply within one business day.

The shift
Right now, AI governance is scattered.
Email, Teams, a spreadsheet, a shared drive. Rakn replaces all of it with one workflow everyone works from.
Without Rakn
- A use case can sit for weeks. No one knows it is their turn.
- The DPIA, the security sign-off and the vendor contract are in three systems.
- Six months on, no one can say what was approved, or why.
With Rakn
Customer support assistant
- One path, every time.
- Evidence stays with the decision.
- The history is captured as you go.
How it works
Walk a use case through Rakn.
One path, the same every time.
Step 1 · Submit
AI use cases / New
New AI use case
Add the details and submit it for governance review.
A business owner fills in the use-case details and submits it for governance review. No email to send, no template to hunt for.
Step 2 · Review
My reviews / RK-142
Customer support assistant
Your review · Privacy · due in 2 days
Your review is input for the decision authority — it isn't the final decision.
A governance coordinator triages the request and brings in the reviewers it needs: security, privacy, legal, risk, compliance. Each one records concerns or clears it. The decision itself stays with whoever your organization designates as the decision authority.
Step 3 · Evidence
AI use cases / RK-142 / Evidence
Evidence
5 files · linked to “Customer support assistant” · spans 2 governance cycles
Assessments, sign-offs, and vendor documents attach to the use case and stay with it, tied to the review cycle they supported.
Step 4 · History
AI use cases / RK-142 / History
History
Every action on this use case: who, what, and when
Every review, decision, and change is recorded. If the use case is reassessed later, that opens a new cycle without rewriting what came before.

The record
One use case. One page.
Everything about an AI system in one place: who owns it, how it was reviewed, the evidence behind it, every decision with a date, and what happened the next time it was reassessed.

When your board, a regulator, or a customer asks about an AI system, this is the page you open.
Scope
Focused by design.
Rakn is
the workflow and the record for AI governance. It runs the review, and it keeps the trail. That is the whole product today, with no modules to buy and no configuration project to run first.
Rakn is not
- a GRC suite
- a policy engine
- model monitoring
- a consultancy
It sits alongside the systems you already run.
Straight answers
The questions enterprise buyers ask.
What is Rakn, exactly?
Workflow software for AI governance. Every AI use case gets a structured record, and Rakn moves it through submission, review, approvals, and evidence, keeping the full history. It is not an AI model, a GRC suite, or a consultancy.
Why do we need this if we already use Excel and email?
A spreadsheet does not route a review to the right person, timestamp an approval, or record what changed. When an auditor or your board asks for the history of an AI system, someone rebuilds it by hand from inboxes. Rakn keeps that history as the work happens.
Doesn't our GRC platform already do this?
GRC platforms are built for enterprise risk registers, not for running an AI use case through review one step at a time. Standing that workflow up inside one is a configuration project. Rakn runs it out of the box and sits alongside your GRC tool, not in place of it.
Can we prove what happened, later, if an auditor asks?
Every review, comment, approval, and change is timestamped and attributed as it happens. You are not reconstructing the history months later. It is already on the record.
Do you have case studies or existing customers we can talk to?
The most honest way to evaluate Rakn right now is the product itself, not a client list. In a demo we walk through your own AI use cases in the actual workflow, so you can judge it on what it does.
If your current process already gives you an always-current status for every AI use case, and an audit trail you would hand a regulator tomorrow, you probably do not need Rakn yet. If it lives in inboxes and a tracker someone updates by hand, that is the gap this closes.
