This notice explains what happens to information you share through the Rakn website (rakn-ai.vercel.app) and its demo request form.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us:

• What you enter in the demo request form: your name, work email, company, the request type you select, and any optional message.
• Anything you include if you email or call us using the details on the site.

The website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and it sets no cookies of its own.

How the form works

When you submit the form, your details are sent to a server function that emails them to the Rakn team through Resend, an email delivery service. They are not stored in a database on this website. The website is hosted by Vercel.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to you, to arrange and run a product demo, and to follow up with you about Rakn.

Who sees it

Your request is handled by the Rakn team. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. The service providers involved in delivering your message to us are Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery).

How long we keep it

We keep your request and any correspondence for as long as we need it to follow up with you and for ordinary business records, and then delete it.

Your choices

Where we operate

The Rakn team is based in Saudi Arabia. Vercel and Resend operate internationally, so your message may be processed outside your country when it is delivered to us.

Changes

We may update this notice as Rakn develops. The date at the top shows the current version.
